What a Year

It has now been a year sense Wonder bread closed it's doors, And once again we have prevailed.
DH was out of work for 3 months, before taking a position with Brink's security. He is doing OTR for them and is gone most of the time. We are hoping to find something else. so he can be home every night.
This is really all leading up to having something to do with quilting. I promise.
As many of you may remember we were smack dab in the middle of remodeling my sewing room last year when this all happened with wonder Bread.
Needless to say, the remodel was put and hold and still remains as such.  The sheet rock is all up, but it needs to be mudded. We are not very good at this and the intent was to hire someone to finish that part.
To make matters worse, My Mother has asked that I please get my sewing things out of her storage shed, because she needs the room. A fair request by the way. She has let me use it without any charge.
Sooo.... I am moving things into the sewing room without the wall being finished.
It is going together great. Just ignore the unfinished walls as I post my progress.  I will show the before pics and the Now pics for each area as I complete it over the next few months.
I have put up the cutting area. and the Fat quarter wall.

Before:

Now:

Later today or tomorrow, FED EX will be delivering two cup modules that will go where you see the laundry basket.
I will post when they get here, and I get the fabric in them.
I am getting excited,  I am set up enough that today, I will sew on the Bonnie Hunt Mystery.
Have a wonder First day of the Year everyone.
